Babawatoto Centre operates with physical space in three regions of Tanzania.
- In Dar es Salaam region
Centre’s catchment areas are five wards of Dar es salaam city : Mburahati, Mabibo, Kigogo, manzese and Ndugumbi in Kinondoni Municipality. A physical facility ; Mburahati Babawatoto community centre(MBCC), at Mburahati -Kwajongo area attracts about 200 children and youth daily.

- In Iringa region
The centre works in Iringa Municipality in Nduli, wards and two wards in Iringa rural (Iringa District Council) that includes Luhota and Magulilwa wards.The program engages school children and young people into arts and sports for change program as a way of enhancing child protection, child development in the process of promoting quality life.

- In Kigoma region
Babawatoto Centre works with refugees from Burundi in partnership with Save the Children In Kasulu and kibondo districts. We run child protection and educational programs in teaching and learning spaces-TS and Child Friendly Spaces –CFSs) where variety of participatory methodologies are employed for resilience building among children ,youth and their parents and guardians.
